Cobaan is an organization that provides HR services in the field of personal development , (team) training, recruitment and selection and through several partnerships of experienced (executive) coaches, consultants and trainers.   Executive search in the construction, infrastructure, and supply industries. Cobaan was founded in 2003 by Jozef Derksen from the well-known attic room with the aim of providing a more personal service with the aim of providing "the best fit in the right place" for each assignment.

The word “Cobaan”

The meaning of Cobaan is "trial, test, trial process" and comes from a obtained Bahasa Indonesia dictionary. Founder Jozef Derksen reveals some of his background and roots in this way.
