Description

This kick-off program is a collaboration between Cobaan and TOPteam in de Bouw and is organized by Michel Tonino and Jozef Derksen, trainers who have known each other for more than 20 years.

The team composition for a construction project often depends on the available professionals. It's often a newly formed group for a new project. This group isn't automatically a team. We believe that team members who (want to) know, understand, strengthen, and trust each other perform better as a team.

 

This kick-off day is a combination of team building and an approach for a smooth process of your project.

Result

Team members feel comfortable and confident enough to challenge each other on their behavior, laying a solid foundation for further team development. Job satisfaction has also increased significantly.

There is an action plan, how the process is organised, with clear rules.

Less hassle and miscommunication, and more understanding and respect for each other. Best for the project!
