What is a Cobaan assessment?

The assessments conducted by Cobaan are studies focused on (established) competencies, using tools such as psychological analyses, scientifically based questionnaires, personal and competency-based interviews, role-playing, and possibly aptitude tests to determine whether you are suitable for a particular job, position, or role (selection assessment) or which development path best suits your talents (development assessment). The core of an assessment is that you are enabled to provide self-selected, behavioral responses. The research report is created through the application of the various tools and is conducted in accordance with the NOLOC code of conduct.
